Hines’ South Station Tower is nearing completion, featuring a striking architectural design by Pelli Clarke & Partners. To accommodate heavy commuter traffic, the tower is elevated on massive parabolic arches, creating an open area dubbed “The Great Space.” This newly opened section contrasts sharply with the dark, compressed train platforms, offering natural light and dramatic design elements. Construction continues on fare gates and escalator connections, with the full 51-story office-condominium tower set for completion in 2026. Leasing has begun, with 99,000 of 680,000 square feet of office space taken, and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, L.L.C. branded condos starting at $1.3 million.
