Interesting stats from the PAST 14 days: (sublease & direct – in all cases temp space excluded) from Mass Ave to the Seaport, South End to North Station.
- A slew of 69 spaces hit the market as available in the subject area equating to ~360,000 SF, mostly due to 66,101 SF hitting at 116 Huntington; 85,926 SF at 333 Summer St.; and 51,000 SF at 75-81 Arlington St.;
- However, 38 spaces cameoff the market equating to 271,000 SF, mostly due to 86,608 SF committed at 51 Sleeper; 24,565 at 60 State; and 23,395 at 160 Fed.;
- Checking in across the Sale & Pepper bridge, E. Cambridge/Kendall is a 5.5MM SF market with only 585,000 SF available on a direct basis and 821,000 SF of sublease;
- Total Availability this week continues the trend at ~15.6 MM SF.
