The Boston Planning & Development Agency (BPDA) approved Suffolk University‘s plan to convert an office building at 101 Tremont St. into a dormitory for 280 students while retaining the Beantown Pub on the ground floor. This project could serve as a model for other institutions exploring office-to-residential conversions to address housing needs.
