The BBJ recently posted a guide, of sorts, offering tips for keeping political discussions in the workplace ‘respectful’ during this coming election season.
Its five recommendations are the following:
1. Limit disruptions to the work environment
2. Know what activity is protected
3. Remain neutral
4. Update your employee handbook
5. Prepare for election day
